Margaret Niziolek, MSIScPT,BScPT, CAFCI
Physiotherapist
Margaret has a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy and Manipulative Therapy. She has over 15 years of experience, and is qualified to practice spinal manipulation, manual therapy, and acupuncture/IMS.
Jerry Niziolek, DPT.CAFCI, CGIMS
Physiotherapist
Jerry has completed his Clinical Doctorate in Physical therapy at Drexel University in Pennsylvania. He has over 20 years of experience, and is certified to practice manual therapy, acupuncture, and IMS. He specializes in back and neck pain; rotator cuff, knee and ankle injuries; and jaw pain
Michael Paredes, BScPT
Physiotherapist
Michael is a registered Physiotherapist in Alberta, Canada and the Philippines. He has been working at Rockyview General Hospital in Calgary since 2010 as a designated Physiotherapist in the following units: Cardiac, Urology, Pulmonary, Transition, ICU, Medical Assessment Unit, Emergency, and Psychiatry. He is authorized to use Functional Dry Needling, do Temporo-mandibular Joint Movement analysis, and is a Neuromuscular Retraining Practitioner. He is certified in Kinesio Taping.
Darra Bennett, MScPT, CAFCI, CMT
Physiotherapist
Darra Bennett was born in Dublin, Ireland and moved to Edmonton, Alberta when he was a youngster. Darra grew playing competitive club Hockey, Soccer and Tennis and is currently is still playing club tennis here in Calgary. This background in sport and fitness lead to his passion in the analysis of movement and the study of the body as a whole.
Dr. Yongbo Zhao (Jane), B.Sc, MBA, R.Ac
Acupuncturist
Jane is a registered acupuncturist with CAAA, she graduated from Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She developed her clinical skills through an internship at Taiwan International Healthcare Training Centre. Jane specializes in relief of acute and chronic pain, digestive disorders, allergies, stress relief, sleeping problems and women’s health. Her techniques include meridian-based traditional Chinese Acupuncture, trigger point therapy, ear and scalp acupuncture.
Kris Lewandowski, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
Kris gradutated from Physiotherapy College in Poland, and has been practicing Massage Therapy since 1980. He has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Canada since 1994, and he specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic massage, sport massage, cranial-sacral therapy, and trigger-point therapy.
Sorayda Arevalo, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
Sorayda successfully completed 3,000 hours advanced clinical massage therapy program from MaKami College on August 17, 2016. She started her career working in a spa practicing massage while studying. After graduation she joined our team as a certified massage therapist. Sorayda specializes in, Swedish massage, pregnancy massage therapy, reflexology and pressure point therapy. In free time she likes to practice yoga, spend time with family and friends, and loves to help people feel better.
Nancy Chen, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
Nancy Graduated from The Calgary Professional Institute of Massage Therapy on August 2015. Nancy’s treatments include deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, myofascial cupping, relaxation and reflexology. She’s currently pursuing Acupuncture at the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition, Nancy treats Gynaecology functions and diseases specific to women and girls, especially those affecting the reproductive system menstruation pain and fertility problem. She Utilizes acupressure techniques to treat Insomnia, bad memory, and migraine headaches.
